As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on the carrier’s site and you will see exactly where it is.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Still nothing after that?

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you. If a parcel is lost, we replace it or refund you in full — you are not left carrying that.

Delivery times
