Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel — for any reason at all. You do not have to give one.
Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Our products are intimate garments. Under Regulation 28(1)(e), the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken.
In practice: you may try the item on over your own underwear, with the hygiene strip in place. If the hygiene seal or strip has been removed, we cannot accept the item back unless it is faulty.
Even though your order ships from overseas, you never post anything abroad. Returns go to our UK address, which we send you with the return instructions.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to the original payment method. Refunds include the standard delivery charge you originally paid. If you chose Express Delivery, we refund the standard rate only.
Card refunds usually appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund. Send us a photo and we sort it — you pay nothing, including return postage.
This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
The fastest way to change size is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. Check the Size Guide first — it is there so you only have to do this once.
