Delivery

How long will my order take?

Standard: 10–20 working days. Tracked Express: 7–12. Free standard delivery on orders over £40.

Why so long?

Because we ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas rather than holding UK stock. That is what lets us sell a £120 piece of construction for £40. We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise and disappoint you on day 12.

Will I pay customs or handling fees?

No. UK VAT is settled by us at checkout and included in the price. Nothing is due on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for money, send us the notice and we refund it.

My tracking hasn't moved in days.

Normal on international routes. It often goes quiet in transit and then updates in a jump. If it has been silent for more than 10 days, email us and we chase it.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands?

Yes, at the same rates.

Sizing and fit

I'm between two sizes. Which do I take?

Size up. Shapewear that is too tight rolls, digs and comes off by lunchtime. See the Size Guide.

How do your sizes run?

Our pieces are made to an international grade that runs smaller than UK sizing — but we have already converted every size on the site. Order the size you normally wear in the UK. Each product page shows the real bust, waist and hip measurements.

Why do your bras say DD and not E?

Because that is UK sizing. The European scale runs D, E, F. The UK scale runs D, DD, E, F. A European E is a UK DD. We convert it for you, so if you wear a 38DD here, choose 38 DD.

Will it show under my clothes?

Not if you choose from Smooth Under Clothing — those pieces are seamless, with no edges to print through.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes. That is the whole point. If a piece hurts after an hour, it is the wrong size — not the wrong body.

Returns

Can I return shapewear?

Yes — as long as the hygiene strip is still in place. You may try it on over your own underwear. Once the seal is broken we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons. Full detail on Returns & Refunds.

How long do I have?

14 days from delivery to tell us, then a further 14 days to post it back. Your first return is free.

What if it's faulty?

30 days to reject it for a full refund, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Return postage is on us.

Do I post it back overseas?

No. You return to a UK address. We handle the rest.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Processed by Stripe.

Is my card safe?

Yes. We never see or store your card number.

The brand

Is this a weight-loss product?

No. And it never will be. We sell comfort, hold and fit. Your body is not the problem.
