Size Guide

Read this before you buy

Our pieces are made to an international grade, which runs smaller than UK sizing. We have converted every size on this site into its UK equivalent — order the size you normally wear in the UK.

Go by your measurements, not by the label. And if you are between two sizes, size up.

All measurements are given in inches, with centimetres in brackets. Weights are in stones and pounds.

How to measure yourself

Use a soft tape measure, standing relaxed and breathing normally. Keep it flat against your body and parallel to the floor — snug, never pulled tight.

  • Bust — around the fullest part.
  • Under-bust — directly beneath, where a bra band sits.
  • Waist — the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips — the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

Do not hold your breath or pull your stomach in. Measure the body you actually have — that is the one the garment has to fit.

Not every piece is made in every size. The sizes available for each product are listed on its own page. Our High-Waist Support Shorts run to UK 34.

Bra sizes

All bra sizes on this site are given in UK sizing. Order the size you normally wear here.

Why our bras say DD and not E

Our manufacturers use the European cup scale: A · B · C · D · E · F. The UK scale is different: A · B · C · D · DD · E · F.

So a European E is a UK DD, and a European F is a UK E. We have already done that conversion for you. If you take a 38DD in the UK, choose 38 DD here.

Finding your band

Measure snugly directly under your bust.

Finding your cup

Subtract your under-bust from your bust. Each inch of difference is one cup size.

Between two sizes? Size up.

Every time. This is not a throwaway line.

Shapewear that is too small does not hold you better — it rolls down, digs in, and you take it off by lunchtime. The right size is the one you forget you are wearing. A piece that fits properly does more than a piece that is one size too small.

Which measurement matters most?

  • Thigh Comfort — go by your hips and thigh.
  • Waist & Tummy Support — go by your waist.
  • Smooth Under Clothing — go by the largest of your three measurements.
  • Bust Comfort & Support — go by under-bust and bust.
  • Postpartum Support — go by your current measurements, not your pre-pregnancy ones.

Still not sure?

Email us your bust, under-bust, waist and hip measurements at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will tell you which size to take.

And if nothing we make will fit you properly, we will say so rather than sell you something that will not work.

If it does not fit

You have 14 days to tell us, and your first return is free. Try it on over your own underwear, with the hygiene strip in place, and we will take it back. See Returns & Refunds.
