We are honest about this because you deserve to know before you pay: our pieces are dispatched from our manufacturing partners overseas and shipped directly to you. That is how we keep prices at a third of the UK high street for the same construction.
The trade-off is time. If you need something for the weekend, we are not the right shop for that order.
We deliver to every UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Islands.
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. The windows above are counted from dispatch, and already include the international leg.
The price you see is the price you pay. UK import VAT is settled by us at the point of sale and is already included in every price on this site.
There is nothing to pay on delivery. No customs charges, no handling fees, no surprise card from the courier. If a carrier ever tries to charge you, send us the notice and we reimburse you in full.
You receive a tracking number by email at dispatch. International tracking can go quiet for several days while the parcel is in transit — that is normal and does not mean it is lost. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we have not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund. We will not argue about it.
Check your address before you pay. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address may incur a further delivery charge to be resent.
